Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, guest relations, and night audit - Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction - Train and supervise hotel staff, including front desk agents and night auditors - Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processes - Maintain hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance - Monitor and manage hotel inventory, including supplies and equipment - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in phone etiquette and phone systems - Familiarity with night audit processes is preferred - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly - Knowledge of guest relations practices and strategies This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
