Job Requirements Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM, minimum accuracy of 90% both alpha & numeric Exceptional analytical skills(investigative nature, inquisitiveness and adaptability to environment) Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Clean and clear written and oral communicative skills Ability to project a confident, clear and professional telephone presence Must be used to a fast-paced environment and be able to follow instruction/direction well Knowledge and ability to navigate basic computer functions:
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel Work availability during assigned shifts is a must.
Previous office / customer service experience preferred BI-LINGUAL SKILLS ARE A PLUS SCHEDULES:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
